Asset Management Division is a new division within Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) established in 2002 for overseeing outsourced contract relationships, coordinating the work of the outsourced contractors with the internal operations of LNDC, translating internal issues to the outsourced company and translating real estate inputs provided by the Real Estate Manager to business units. 

The key asset management functions are:

  1. Property management.

  1. Communication with investors/client relations

  1. Property Development

  1. Acquisition and Disposition

  1. Contract administration

  1. Environmental Management
