The Lesotho National Development Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of new Board of Directors to the nation, following a recruitment process carried out recently.
The Directors were presented to the Executive Management of the Corporation by the Honorable Minister of Trade and Industry,
Hon Tefo Mapesela in September 2017.
In his address, Minister Mapesela congratulated the Directors, and shared his vision emphasising the need for repositioning LNDC to be an efficient Government vehicle to ensure effective empowerment for all Basotho and continued growth of the economy, as per the LNDC mandate.

The LNDC Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Nthabiseng Posholi presented the Corporation overview to the Members of the Board.
The new LNDC Board that will serve on a three-year term from the date of appointment, the new Board is composed of the following Directors:

| 4. | Mr. Malefetsane Nchaka | Representative of the Ministry of Mining Agriculture and Food Security |
| 5. | Ms. ‘Makatleho Julia Matabooe | Representative of Lesotho Manufactures Association |
| 6. | Mr. Stephen Thabo Monyamane | Representative of the Lesotho Chamber of Commerce and Industry |
| 7. | Mr. Mphaiphele Dyson Maqutu | Representative of the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation |
| 8. | Mr. Nkareng Alphonse Letsie | Representative of the Consumer Protection Association |
| 9. | Mr. Themba Gordon Sopeng | Appointed on basis of skill, knowledge and experience in matters relating to the functions of the Corporation |
| 10. | Mr. Lerotholi Pheko | Appointed on basis of skill, knowledge and experience in matters relating to the functions of the Corporation |
| 11. | Adv. Ranele Thoahlane | Appointed on basis of skill, knowledge and experience in matters relating to the functions of the Corporation |
