Human Resources function, in the context of LNDC, mainly serves as a support function to the Corporation. Generally, its main objectives are the following:

§      To facilitate recruitment, selection and maintenance of human resources;
§      To facilitate development of a highly professional and motivated staff complement;
§      To provide efficient administrative services.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the Human Resources division performs the following functions:

§      Formulation, review, implementation and monitoring of the Human Resources policies,
      procedures and regulations
§      Recruitment, selection and placement
§      Remuneration and Benefits
§      Training and Development
§      Handling of Disciplinary Proceedings and Grievance Handling
§      Administrative Functions
§      General Staff Welfare
