LNDC has a legal and a moral duty to perform its duties within the framework of the law. LNDC has therefore since its establishment, recognized the importance of having a legal division as an in-house service provider.

In carrying out its responsibilities the Division performs the following functions:

  1. Rendering of legal opinion

  2. Preparation and review of legal documents

  3. Litigation and dispute resolution

  4. Organize Board and Board sub-committee meeting

  5. Preparation of Board minutes

  6. Custodian of all legal documents and Board documents
