Call for Applications and General Terms and Conditions

1. Nominations are invited from companies who are currently supplying or exporting to South African and US Markets to participate in an Exporter Competition.  

2. Award

The National award winner will be given a trophy and automatically qualify for the Regional (SACU +3) competition.

3. Eligibility criteria

• Locally registered SMEs and emerging exporters
• Supplying SA and US market for the past two years
• Supplying manufacturing and agricultural products
• Complying with the national legal regulations and business requirements

• How you prepared for market entry
• Which barriers you had to overcome
• Description of the export activity
• Degree of innovation and originality of the tools used for export
• Long-term orientation and potential of the expansion strategy

• The results you achieved including value or volume of trade
